QuickBooks ProAdvisors complete the certification course and are thoroughly tested by Intuit for comprehension. Upon completion of the ProAdvisor course and testing, Intuit certifies that the accountant or bookkeeper is able to perform the following tasks for QuickBooks users:

· Troubleshooting and file clean up
· Reporting and customization; including Items lists and Charts of Accounts
· Training and ongoing support

Be informed when you are looking for a bookkeeper or accountant. Intuit only recently incorporated testing as part of the process to become a ProAdvisor. There are individuals who use the old, black and yellow ProAdvisor logo, who represent themselves as ProAdvisors, but have never submitted to any testing on the software.
